My legal support
I advise companies, organizations, start-ups and individuals. This includes the entire business life-cycle, starting from selecting the appropriate business market and legal form, through assisting with the national registration by liaising with local notaries, if appropriate, and ending on the corporate and contractual matters once the company has been established.
Examples of matters on which I usually advice my Clients:
International entrepreneurs often struggle with the first legal question: where to register their company. To help them make the best decision, I advise on the legal form and business market, considering issues such as nationality of partners, services they offer and business objectives.
I provide advice on corporate legal requirements, governance matters and corporate social responsibility.
In spite of being a forward-looking step, setting up of a new office might be scary – especially on a new market. My role is to oversee the entire process. I liaise with local lawyers, notaries, and other stakeholders, if needed (such as rental agencies) to ensure that the establishment of the new office goes smoothly and complies with the company’s objectives and legal requirements.
Contracts are key. They are the legal basis for your rights and obligations. Even though over +1000 drafts have come through my hands, I always read my reviews a few times to make sure they are tailored to the specific needs of the Client, ensure their protection and comply with relevant regulations. This applies to all corporate (HR and NDA), commercial (product and services), and many more contract types.
Although the parties might not always achieve the goals they initially planned, they should always be satisfied with the final agreement. I can assist you with negotiations with foreign governments, partners, or suppliers, helping you go through complex legal issues and protect your organization’s interests.
